Additive Concentrates

T.S.P. designs and manufactures specialty additive concentrates for thermoplastic elastomers and other thermoplastic materials.

Specialty additive concentrates are designed to further enhance the performance and/or processing characteristics of thermoplastic materials. These multi-functional concentrates are supplied as easy to handle pellets, similar in size and geometry to the base material, and can be added as a formulation raw material during thermoplastic compounding or incorporated during molding or extrusion.

T.S.P. designs and manufactures specialty additive concentrates on a proprietary basis. We can also work with base thermoplastic material manufacturers or customers to assist in formulation development and manufacturing.

T.S.P. designs and manufactures the following types of specialty additive concentrates:

In many cases, custom color and specialty additives can be integrated into the same concentrate package. This can allow the part producer to fully customize both aesthetic and performance properties cost effectively during molding or extrusion.
